Launch terms, in plain language.

These draft terms are intended to cover Aelipsis on Chrome after launch access opens. They are not effective yet, and live paid purchasing is not currently available.

Use of Aelipsis

You may use Aelipsis only with information you are authorized to access and process. Do not use it to violate another person’s rights, security controls, law, or contractual obligations. You are responsible for reviewing the source evidence and deciding whether a generated conclusion is appropriate for your work.

No professional advice

Aelipsis helps compare information. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Generated findings can be incomplete or wrong, especially when sources are ambiguous, scanned, truncated, outdated, or contradictory.

Availability

Features, limits, providers, and access can change as the product develops. State Crescent may restrict access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or reliable service operation.

Your content

You retain rights in the material you select. You give Aelipsis only the limited permission needed to process that material for the comparison you request and to operate the service as described in the privacy notice. Do not submit content that you lack permission to process.

Feedback

If you send product feedback, State Crescent may use it to improve Aelipsis without an obligation to compensate you. Do not include confidential source content in feedback unless a safe support process has been agreed first.

Paid plans

Live subscriptions are not offered under these draft terms. Before paid purchasing is enabled, the public terms will be updated with renewal, cancellation, taxes, refund handling, merchant details, and regional requirements. No pre-launch page or release-candidate price is an offer to accept live payment.

Warranty and liability

Aelipsis will be provided subject to the final terms in effect when access opens. To the extent permitted by applicable law, State Crescent will disclaim implied warranties and will not be responsible for decisions made without checking the underlying sources. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
