For Web Compare and Aelipsis on Chrome
Tell us what you were comparing, what you expected, and what you saw instead. Do not include sensitive source content unless it is necessary and you have agreed with support on a safe way to share it.
Useful details
Say whether you used Web Compare or the Chrome extension. Include your browser and Aelipsis version where shown, whether the sources were tabs, PDFs, DOCX files, text, HTML, or notes, the analysis mode shown in the result, and the exact error message. A screenshot can help if it contains no sensitive or unrelated information.
Common limits
- New comparisons require two to six sources.
- PDFs must contain extractable text; scanned pages require OCR first.
- DOCX text is extracted locally, but images, some drawing content, comments, and complex layout may be omitted.
- Some browser pages block extension capture. Paste the relevant text when that happens.
- Aelipsis identifies truncated or omitted sources rather than treating partial coverage as complete.
- Plus reports are saved snapshots, not full source archives. Keep the original sources to verify or rerun a comparison.
Plus and billing
Plus includes 100 completed hosted analyses per UTC month and the review, export, report, revision, decision, and personal-criteria features shown in the product. Subscription changes and cancellation are available through Stripe’s Customer Portal. For billing or refund questions, contact support with the email address used for your Aelipsis account, but do not send card details.
Privacy and account requests
For account access or deletion requests, use the same support address with the subject “Aelipsis privacy.” Do not send passwords, authentication links, payment card data, or full source documents.
Billing and Plus
Free includes five completed Hosted AI analyses each UTC calendar month. Plus includes 100 for USD 15 per month or USD 150 per year. Open Aelipsis, sign in, and use the account menu to start Plus or open Stripe's Customer Portal to manage or cancel it. Cancellation stops renewal and access continues through the paid period.
